1. Get up early in the morning and go for a walk.
2. Daily think of all the things and blessings (health, food, family, friends, and so on) you have. There are so many people who do not have things which you have.
3. Accept your flaws and fears. Nobody is perfect we all have flaws so it is normal to have flaws.
4. Limit social media and try to control how you use it.
5. Stop thinking that everyone is happy and have perfect life by following them on social media platforms. We all have struggles but many of us chose not to share.
6. Don't beg for anyone to stay in your life, don't beg for anyone to talk to you, and don't beg for anyone's attention.
7. Refrain from talking to toxic people.
8. Help others, if you can.
9. Daily change your one negative thought into positive.
10. Laugh more and try to do fun activities.
