It's important to experiment with different tools and methods to find what works best for you. Here are 5 ways of self-reflection that helped me in the past.
give up sticking to the person you used to be. step outside of the person you have been. remember who you want to be and what you are capable of. if you have to come out of your comfort zone, happily do so for the person you want to be.
