Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide and now offer free shipping for a limited time. All our packages are tracked and you will receive a tracking number sent to your email address with the shipping confirmation as well.

When will my products be dispatched?

All orders are shipped in 1-3 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. 

How long will it take for delivery?

This depends on the country, but our postal carrier quotes their service as taking 5 to 10 working days for Europe / USA and 7 to 21 for the rest of the world.

Estimated shipping delivery times

Europe: 5 – 10 business days

United States: 5 – 10 business days

Rest of the world: 7 – 14 business days

Will I be able to track my products as they’re shipped?

All our packages have a tracking number. Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address. You will also be able to track it on our Track Your Order page.

If there's an issue with shipments, we ask all our customers to submit a problem report and contact us within the first 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date, otherwise our warranty period is overdue.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally.
However, for now we are now available in and don't ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically. 

Are there any Custom / Import fees?

Not every country requires custom fees. We ship from 2 shipping locations – from California (for US customers and international orders) and from our EU shipping locations (for European orders) so there are very small chances you will have to pay any extra fees. 

Please, note that we do not have any control over these fees as they are government-regulated. 

The fee itself may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is responsible for these fees and any such fees are paid to the appropriate customs agencies.
Our posters are the only product in our shop which we ship from our US warehouse only. Therefore, some European customers might need to pay import fees for posters.
