We offer worldwide shipping. Our standard shipping costs are 3.90€ which include tracking. You can get free shipping if you signup to our newsletter.

When will my products be dispatched?
Our turnaround time is 1-3 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. 

How long will it take for delivery?
This depends on the country, but our postal carrier quotes their service as taking 5 to 10 working days for Europe / USA and 7 to 21 for the rest of the world.

Our estimated shipping delivery times are the following:  

Europe: 5 – 10 business days

United States: 5 – 10 business days

Rest of the world: 7 – 21 business days

Will I be able to track my products as they’re shipped?
All our packages have a tracking number. Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address. You will also be able to track it on our Track Your Order page.

COVID-19: Shipping Delays & Updates
Our website is operating as usual, however, some delivery delays may apply.

We are committed to keeping our teams safe and we'll continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, and local governments and health agencies.

We're closely communicating with our shipping partners as we have noticed an increase in delays both domestically and internationally due to the global pandemic happening now. The border control is affecting international countries and the domestic highway trucking weight stations are checking drivers for symptoms of the virus. This has contributed to the overall increase in delivery time.

We ask customers to wait an additional 14 business days after the latest estimate delivery date. If you have not received your order within the last delivery date please let us know! We will be able to move forward with our options at that point.
